Four months

My chunky monkey is 4 months~

You celebrated your first Christmas,
you wore jammies that matched sissy's first Christmas jammies
(Thank you Aunt Meggie, Uncle Jeremy, Robbie & Dillon)

We took our first family photo!

You grad and touch more. I love your little hands, the way they reach for me, the way you rub my arm while nursing or hold my shirt tight.

You went to your first parade.
As the parade began I nursed you in the car
watching the fireworks in the review mirror.
(we parked in the parking garage overlooking the parade route)
I wore you throughout the parade and you were as happy as always.

You meet Santa!
Sissy thanked him for you and asked him to bring
Aunt DeeDee babies this year!
AND HE DID.... she is due in September!!!!
(as I was last year!)
You celebrated your first Christmas.
Santa brought you an exersaucer.
You love love love it.
You bounce every morning and love all your new toys!

You love Raffie the Giraffe. You hold him and fall right to sleep!

Momma gave you kisses to bring in the new year!

You rub your eyes now too, and it is just so cute!

You are getting so big!
You want to sit by yourself.
You can for a bit and then you get so excited,
arch your back and fall...you are almost there!
At your doctor appointment this month you were over 17 pounds 95percentile)
and 27 in long (off the charts!)!
My big big boy!!!
You took your first bath in the big tub!
It was a short bath,
but you enjoyed it until you bumped your head!
Sissy, like Daddy, always fixes the shoes.
She gathers them and puts them in a row.
This was the first time yours were there too.
Eight shoes,
A family of four,
A mother of two...
One sweet sweet boy!
I love you Chase!
Momma

I was just reading over your blog for the first time!! It makes me want to cry. It is soooo sweet. You are such a good mom and it seems like you really take the time to enjoy it. I feel like I stress about stuff too much and this makes me want to just sit back and enjoy being a mom more and not worry about everything so much!
