One Week

Well after my last potty post things have changed. On Friday as I was buying anouther package of pull ups and spending way too much I saw all the cute panties she could be wearing. I decided to but a package of panties too. When I got home Jill saw the Dora panties in the bag and declared she was going to wear them NOW. I told her she could as long as she went potty on the toilet. In she went, took off her pull up and did her thing and then proudly put on her Dora panties. And she's been wearing them ever since. Today is day 8 and she has done awesome!!!

Her first full day, we went to a Cypress Gardens, riding rides and playing in the water park, with now accidents!!

Day two we went to breakfast and got to visit the bathroom three times to visit all the stalls. Third time was the charm and she went again. We went from there to the next town over and spent the day running around. She only had one accident, sorry Mom I hope your rug has recovered!!!

Day three we left for the Keys, a FIVE hour drive. She announces she has to go on a long streach of road with nothing...except a lone porta potty. We stopped and tried but she could not sit the way she is used to, so she couldn't go. But she held it till the rest stop and went there.

Day four we were out on Grampa's boat most of the day, another day with no accident's!!

Day five we drove back home. Another long day, another day of visiting all the pottys from Key Largo to home, well it felt like it at least!!

Day six was our only day at home all day!! We stayed in our Jammies and played all day, what a great day!

Day seven another day in the car all day, but not one accident. Did I mention she is sleeping in her panties too?? She will not let me put the pull ups on, even at night, but not even a little dribble!!!!!

Day eight is Great!!!!! It's been over 36 hours without any accidents at all!!! That's my girl!!!!

YEAH I'm a big girl now!!!!!

My mommy is soooo proud of me!!!

Potty Like A Rockstar

Our plan was to potty train this summer while I was home with Jill. I thought we'd wait untill we got home from our trip to Indiana to really begin. Well Jill had other plans. Our first morning there we were at Robbie's Doctor's office and she asks to use the potty. I take her in and here diper is dry from overnight!!! She used the potty all day doing all her business like a big girl:)





The morning we left for Chicago she said she did not need to go, so I didn't push it. Then as soon as we get on the highway...yep she has to go. Before we can get somewhere she goes and floods the carseat. It was lovely! The rest of the weekend she did great, not going everytime, but doing fantastic. She went many times in the hotel, at Aunt Meggie's and even on the airplane!!





I am so proud of her! While we were in Indy she was rockin her potty skills, then we get home and everything stops. She has not gone once, I ask, she says no?? I don't get it, I know she knows how to, she did it for a week, alot, and now ... nothing??? I'm confused!
